Hi I’m new here and really want to distrust lads because my mother was a victim recently. Some really great advise in here.

I’ve been contacted first on Facebook by a nubile “freelance model” in the Philippines. Her profile checks out with photos and posts going back 4 years. After a week of pleasantries back and forth she asked to move to the Line app similar to WhatsApp. As soon as I add her on Line she goes into horny mode and asks to video chat which I was reluctant. She then calls me. I have my camera off but she has hers on. And she gets up for a split second and I can see she’s naked and the call disconnects. There are several attempts to connect to me but it’s no more than a few seconds.

She then pesters me to do the same and wants to see me naked too. Which I make up excuses for not doing so.

I’m half Filipino And I’ve tested her on some locations and even dropping questions in Tagalog which she seems to understand.

Is this going to lead to money soon? Has anyone come across this? I’m still baiting her.[/img]

If she contacted you on your real life Facebook profile and you are using a phone number connected to your real life for Line then the only thing you should be doing is dropping her.

She is almost certainly a criminal and you have given her access to not only your personal details but those of your friends and family.

She's very likely Filipino herself and located in the Philippines, which is why she has the knowledge of locations and Tagalog. Many Filipino cam girls will scam using their own pictures and even going as far as involving their own families in the scam. She may just be looking for someone to give her money (either with or without the promise of romance), but the fact that she is keen for you to get naked could mean that she wants to run a blackmail scam on you.

Either way, as I said at the start, drop her. and have a read of the stickies and learn how to bait safely.

It sounds as if they have your real life details. As B8er said, they are probably setting you up for a blackmail scam. Block this scammer immediately.

You should also have a look at your Private Messages. You've had one sitting in your Messages box since May 7.

Click where it says "Messages (new)" at the top of any page.

Is this the same scammer that you agreed that you were going to drop, or are you now baiting another scammer using your RL details?
