Hello everyone, I have been baiting this lad posing as a military captain. I have managed to de-educate him to wear he thinks a Drilldo is very important rank in the military. here is the link to the previous https://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=262388

Before I go in to the update. I want to give a special thanks to my mentor CryHavoc for all the help.

The drilldo wanted me to email the diplomat. I emailed him this.

The consignment boxes are tagged as "Personal belongings content Family Valuables". Please always keep an eye on your e-mail address for more information's and provide me a telephone number that I can use to reach you as soon as I arrive at your airport in your state because I would like to give you a call before I proceed with the delivery by tomorrow.

Just wanted to give everyone a few more updates on whats going on. The drilldo is getting a little impatient.

Today, I have been asked to contact you again concerning the Iowa Non-Inspection Permit Certificate which they need to enable the release the packages to me to deliver to you that you know about. I have been told to inform you that if between today till next week Friday you do not show up for the clearance of the consignment boxes in your name or we do not obtain the certificate, failure to act upon that, they will either confiscate or take the boxes to a security company and I want you to know that will attract amount that I am sure you might not be able to afford to clear it and Drilldo-James will be upset about it because you did not fulfill your promise to him.

We have discussed about it today and like I said before, I have been told to contact you about it so I want you to tell me as soon as you receive this e-mail when you will send the money for obtaining the Iowa Non-Inspection Permit Certificate for the release of the packages to me.

Non-Inspection Permit Certificate was demanded for the clearance of
the packages held in their custody or you travel down with the Unlock
codes to open the boxes for them to view what the consignment boxes
contains which is not going to be possible for security reason which
you know.

Please, I urge you to do some thing about the obtaining the
certificate for the clearance of the packages so they can release it
to the diplomat for immediate delivery to you.

Expedite action upon the receipt of this e-mail and revert back to me
as soon as you receive this e-mail.

This lad is getting too cross with you. He needs to remember that whatever the problem, it is his fault. Had he not considered such fees would be a problem? How were you supposed to plan for this and do it all correctly when there was no mention of this or a brieifing ahead of time? You are just doing all you can to help him, but his ungrateful attitude is making it hard for you. You are very sensitive to such things. This is not what you sigend up for... etc. There has to be an angle where this is his fault.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone reading this. This has been a lot of fun. It seems that the drilldo de-education stuck. I starting baiting him from another character. For you to know that you are not following up <name snipped>, if you did read and understood the letter of interception that came from the Department of Homeland Security which was sent to me via e-mail and I did forwarded it to you for you to read you will find all the details of why the trunk boxes was intercepted and the reason why you need the certificate and finally, where to obtain it but I am not sure you did went through it well thoroughly.

Please, let it be known to you that the issuance office is right here in the state of Des Moines, Iowa and can only be obtained here because its an Iowa Non-Inspection Permit Cert. it can only be secured here in Des Moines, Iowa according to Mr. Mark Schouten of the Department of Homeland Security he said it will cost the sum of $1,670.00 only for the tow(2) boxes to obtain the certificate. After obtaining the certificate, I shall either assist you to fill it out as your representative here since you will not be able to come down here to do that in person and every thing will be done within 24-48hrs of working time.

You will need to get back to me upon the receipt of the above so that I can direct you on how to send the money for the procurement of the certificate down here.

Enclosed on this e-mail is the attached documented letter that came from Mr. Mark Schouten (The department of Homeland Security) for you to go through again for a better understanding regarding this issue and how it can be solved.

Wait a minute. What state is your character living in? How far away are you from Des Moines? I think he would have a cow if you came up with this certificate without going through him to get it. Laughing

I liked the idea that you were going to the issuance office to get one but then this diplomat supposedly knows more about the state of Iowa than you do?? If you were to try something like that, you could always say that they "just opened up another office in xxxxxx, Iowa" and that he didn't realize that. This would be kin to a dolla chop, but not from another lad. It's just an idea and if you do it, you will have to create this form and fill it in with all the "pertinent" information.

Thanks again to everyone for the complements and idea's.
Just another small update for everyone. Were going for the piggy. So fingers crossed he might come up with one.
