I am not original US person, I come from Dominican Republic so I am not so bright to these US things.

I would like to be prepared for US laws since they have so many and are so strict. Plus as a little famous, I must try to obey them or I get trouble in the media and with my team.

This is more than asked but I wish for my partner Mr. William to receive any remaining amount for his expenses in this matter. My agent said because of his contacts with a lawyer of his, he will send T/T wire transfer in your name to be received upon presentation of your proper identification at Citibank in Abidjan. I do not know the exact details but my agent will forward them to me tomorrow. Once I have this, I will forward the T/T information to you. He said maybe Citibank in Abidjan will take some fee like maybe $50 or so, so maybe you only receive $1950 or so.

So as a good boy, I make sure my agent arranges payment...

Mr. Mgbada:
I send you copy of T/T my agent sent to me for fund transfer. He mentioned some things about it:

1) It must travel through Europe bank at first. I do not know what the reason is for but it is the fact they told me.
2) Some times they say moving popular currency like dollar or euro is watching eye from government so he suggested to be originating in dollar but actual transfer becomes Swiss Franc, be cause of their neutral position in the world.

After currency exchange fee and transfer fee (europe bank) and citibank fee (in abidjan) maybe final payment is 2300-2400 Swiss Francs (CHF)

They suggest to go to bank after 14:25 local time after all inbound receipt should be done (according to the Citibank procedure). You can inquire if they have received. If not then you must return the next day.

Now they say when you inquire about the T/T that the person should be aware of the arrival because they will not have so many from Boston, actually maybe a few per year. There is like a password where you must first say to the bank person "Who is your Papi?" Then the bank person will respond, "Is Pedro Martinez your Papi?" Then the reply to bank person after that is, "No, Yankees is Pedro's DADDY, but David Ortiz is my Papi." Then they can process the funds to you.

Now just in case he actually goes, I had some good ones in there for him, like secret password and a few of the SWIFT codes were rearranged so the bank will know it was wrong...we will see how it goes.
