I presented my self as Harry Fellows, an investment broker located in Dallas TX USA. Wasn't long before I got this lad on line.

On 11-15-05 I received this;
Attn Please;

It is our pleasure to contact you, so that we can elaborate on our problems,since we cannot be able to see you face to face at first,with tears in our eyes because of fighting in our country.We are James and Gheselyn Kallon we hail from Sierra Leone, but live in Abidjan,
Cote d' Ivoire.Our Father was a limited liability Gold and Diamond Merchant and also a Cocoa businessman in the Republic of Cote d' Ivoire, he went on one of his business trips to Bouak� where he was assasinated by the Rebels when they attacked Bouak�, Cote d'Ivoire.He was rushed to the private clinic where he later died. Before his death he told me that he deposited the sum of $5.800.000.00 USD. in a security company in Abidjan, so I want you to please assist us transfer this money into your account as our late

While this is not my area of expertise, I might be able to help. Once you get the money to me, I can certainly use my talents in investing to make you a larger sum of money. But getting it out of the security company should be easy enough for you, so I wonder why you need me. A sum that large would be easy for you to bribe your way out of a refugee camp.

It didn't take long for James to reply, teh next morning this was in teh in box;

l want to assure you that the transaction is Genuine and 100% risk free from all indication. the source of the money was from exportation, Importation of Gold and Diamond, because of our refuge status and our low experience in the international business, we decided to ask for your assistance, our major concern is secure and ransfer the money to safe account in your country or offshore bank where it will be save and secured. presently the money is in a Suspense Coded Account with the bank, the bank director informed me that before the money can be transfer, that some of the bank particulars of my late father will be change to your name bearing the new beneficiary as our foreign partner. he also said that no part of the money can be withdrawn or transferred to a foreign account without the particulars changed.
All we need from you to secure and transfer the money to your safe bank account since our parents are nolonger alives and coupled with our situation here in
lvory coast, we can not handle the transaction alone. l have tried so many times to withdraw some money from the bank while the bank refused because the money is
in coded suspense account, based on this we decided to contact you to kindly assist us, act as our foreign partner before the bank with the information of this account we will provide to you and for transfer of the money. I hope you and your sister are well. Again I am not sure why you need me to help you with this transaction, but I will do what I can to help you kids.

There is not much in there, as I have most of my money tied up in land deals and the stock market. But I can do what is needed to help you get out of your terrible situation.

I thought it would be smart to play it safe with him let hiim assure me of his honesty or something. So I replied;

Now down to business. First off I am somewhat reluctant to send you my passport, as that is not a very smart thing to do, for security reasons. But attached you will find a current picture of me, had it taken for the local business record. I received an award for best tasting used gum recipe. I was very proud that day I tell you. Any way I am very concerned about entering this business venture without more information about you and your sister. So a picture of the two of you would be very nice to have. In you last message you said something about you and your brother leaving for another country. Was that the sister writing, or you James? This can get confusing if you keep changing who is contacting me.

Point of correction ( am glad that I can be a part of this transformation for you crazy kids) .We are normal and not cray kids. we respect you and we also demand thr same from you. assistance is a request and can be achieved by willingn ess and interest. l received your photo, now l need the lnternational passport, this will build our trust and confidence in you. l don't have any evil mind against your passport, is only to give us a strong hope and trust. we are entrusting our hope, fortune and live into your care. so we are not mistaking by requesting for your passport. as soon as l receive this, l will immediately send ours and other confidential documents that cover the deposited money in the bank. l hope to hear from you soon.

I am sorry if I insulted you by saying �you crazy kids� here in the USA that term isn�t meant as an insult, but a term of endearment. I guess I have to be careful with the language barrier; I apologize if I caused you any trouble.

Now, to get back to the issue at hand, I do not know you at all. I have sent you a picture of myself, and have gotten nothing from you in return. Yet you ask me to send you a copy of my passport! Not until I can be sure I can trust you. Maybe a picture of you and your sister holding a sign saying my name, something like we love Harry Fellows, that way I know it is you, and not some fake picture found anywhere on the internet. This might ease my apprehension somewhat.

I want to help you as much as you want to get to the USA. But I have to have a trusting relationship before I can go forward. I have worked hard for my security and would hate to have it taken from me because I trusted too much.

personally, i think you asked for the picture too soon. maybe better to waste his time with passports that strangely don't open for some reason for a few weeks first.

Might be a moot point, I sent a few e-mails from the free mail site I was using, and I think they locked me out.

I can't log in, so I will be shopping for a new free e-mail place.

I have been baiting James under 5 different identities for over a month.

He is one hard bugger - request photos send him forms he drops you like a stone!

He has been baited many many times before - has received stacks of goat porn, voodoo curses and early morning phone calls - you will find some of them on this forum.

Just enter his name on the search facility on this forum and you will read all about him!

Send him a PR/CK form - that should upset him! (search the forum and you shall find the form!)

Fall in love with his sister and then say your going to fly and meet him - end up in a nearby country instead of Ivory Coast becasue you have been warned about travelling there! You will need to do that over a couple of weeks. Fly out without telling him - send him a flight schedule.

Then bait him form a nearby internet cafe in the neighbouring country - so near but so far!!!
