This poor lad thinks he has snared someone famous - well he has, after a fashion...
Dear Cyril
How much do you need? I can see a few hundred Scottish Glisters (about 200 exchanges to $50 I am told) However you may prefer something more universally acceptable, and I know all that Glisters is not gold. I can send the money from Hubb-le-Bubble Post Office, I imagine if needs be.

Dear Cyril
I am getting excited now at such massive good fortune, if a bit concerned that I can yet convince these people you mention with all these documents of which I have none. Will confusion make his masterpiece? Can I be reassured that this will work? Travelling to Holland should not be problem. Although I shall have to plot carefully to achieve such ends, my wife and I are well used to this.

Dear Cyril
I think I may be able to raise about 64,000 Glisters which should just about cover that dollar amount.
I would be nervous about sending that amount by wire though. Is it possible to arrange a meeting? Not to see you get what you so obviously deserve would be real tragedy. But I would have to make a long journey in order to arrange payment. We are rather stuck out in the country here, and I would strut and fret my hour upon each stage of the matter. I can tell you. You may think it all sound and fury, signifying nothing, but such inconvenience means a lot to me.

Glad you didn't mention "that play" that's major bad juju medicine. (thinking of Blackadder III right now)

Is this mode of transfer safe? But if t'were to be done let it be done
quickly, I always say and without too much toil and trouble, either.

Dear Don
I look forward to hearing from you. It would be a real tragedy not to see this business through without me playing a part.

Dear Cyril
My apologies for the delay in responding to you. I was away for a few days judging the Smegaroon Haggis Awards and then on to Inverness for some bison shooting. I am sorry to hear about things at your end, and of course will endeavour to do all I can to expedite matters but you will appreciate that this is moving so fast it makes me giddy and a bit scared, to be honest. But I suppose had I lived an hour before this big chance, I would not have lived a blessed time; there was nothing serious in modality.
Your message was not quite clear however as to the next step, perhaps due to your native grammar. As I indicated earlier, I do have a few Glisters put aside, should any incidental expenses be incurred. I would be very nervous though of sending out cash in an unsecured manner. Perhaps we could look to meet up? Please let me know where we stand, as just now I am cabined, cribbed, confined, bound in to doubts and fears.
Kind regards

Hello Cyril
I was a bit worried after not hearing anything for so long. But now I am more confused. Who is this Christian Udenta? Why am I sending money to him? It seems a bit odd as I hoping all this would be confidential.
Also, I haven't had a final word on whether I can send Scottish Glisters in payment. I expect I would have to pay to exchange the money and then again to transfer the money. That's double; double toil and trouble.
Can you let me know what is best? Also please do not take so long to reply as it always seems tomorrow or the next day until I hear from you. To-morrow and to-morrow, and to-morrow, creeps in this petty pace from day to day.

Greetings Cyril
Good to know this from you, and I am looking to stage this as soon as possible. Its proving something of a drama isn't it? By the way is that American, Canadian, Hong Kong or Smegaroon dollars you prefer?
I'm off the mountains this weekend for some relaxation and will be thinking of the money to come. My wife is probably going to bring the dog lol. He's only a puppy but often disgraces himself, especially in the chalet we have, full of royal knick-knacks (and some ghosts from the past, I must admit). The times I have heard my wife telling that damned Spot to get out! Anyway I don't know why I am rambling, its because I am so light headed with all this, I guess, so please excuse me.
Hope to hear from you soon,

Hello Don
We sent the money but it appears that it was collected by someone called Duncan King? Is he an associate of yours? I hope this is not developing into a tragedy. Please come back to us right away on this as we grow anxious. My wife sees plots everywhere.

Dear Donkey Cyril
Thank you for your kind, if rather illiterate explosion. (Incidentally I am not sure how I am related to a beach, as my real name is not Sandy.) But it must be annoying for a 419 mugu scam boy like yourself to have his time, effort and money wasted, when all you really want to do is shabbily cheat and steal from people online. However rest assured that all is not in vain. Your pathetic campaign has been copied to many on a scambaiting website for their pleasure, so your worthless efforts have found a good home. In fact it has been a good Scottish play all round one might say.
Now piss off, you moronic excuse for a crook and go get a job.
