^^^ doesn't his impersonating the WHO to take advantage of COVID move it out of the begging category? There are plenty of baits here where an "orphan" needs money to free themselves from the shackles of the orphanage to live a better life. If the lad had said "hi my name is Larry I need financial help" then he's a beggar. Once he says "Hi. I'm Larry. I am an orphan or work for some charity. Please send money so I can escape this country or use the funds to help victims" he is no longer begging but stealing IMO.

^^^ MG doesn't use accounts. The lad gave Cyril the same contact info as the bank account he provided earlier. Mr. Dapper probably plans to torture the lad using the MCTN hotline modality. It's a fun way to burn through their precious phone credits. The link below explains it in all its glory.

^^^ No.The lad only provided the details about where and who to send the money to via MG. The contact may not even be a scammer. There's a good chance the Canadian recipient is mule that has no clue that they are facilitating crime. Nobody is going to send the lad/mule any money anyway so there is nothing to report to MG. Even if the scammer uses MG a lot to swindle cash from victims you can't call MG about it and expect them to just ban him based on your word. Anyone could report that their ex-spouse or rival coworker is a scammer as a form of revenge. He can certainty waste his phone credits on the hotline though Laughing
