Spiritual advice from a Lad (First bait)

Hi, I've got my first bait that's going places here, thought I'd share it's progress! Just a standard straight bait, no lofty aims or anything currently.

Lad: Dr. "Frank", Managing director of Keystone Bank, Nigeria
Me: "Margarat", A nice old Christian lady, husband is sick in hospital

The format was super generic, $6 million is to go to my account, I have to pay a fee over Western Union. They didn't even tell me why I am receiving the money, and just ignored when I asked. Initially every single one of their messages was permanently IN ALL CAPS, asking me to transfer the money etc. Super insistent, sending some messages multiple time over the span of an hour. I sent one piece of information (my fake bank number). Basically all of their messages were similar to this example:

IT DOSE NOT WORK OUT THAT WAY, YOU SHOULD GO TO YOUR BANK TO WITHDRAW $85 AND SEND TOMEVIA WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER TO THE RECEIVER NAME:JULIET G*****,ADDRESS, RIVERS STATE-NIGERIA.

However at some point, this insistent all-caps shouting ceased (mostly). Strangely enough, it was one of my delay tactics that calmed him down. I had got some cash out of a bank machine after visiting my ill husband and was asking him how to "get it into the computer", and he was doing the usual "GO TO WESTERNUNION BUILDING" thing. So I told him this was of course impossible.

I am sorry but I must work on my baking that I am preparing for the children, members and parents that will be at church tomorrow for sunday service and sunday school. I am making Jam Scones and Jam Roly-Polys, Eccles Cakes, my Yorkshire Patcakes and Raisin Biscuits, whilst I do not work I still perform my services to the church. Maybe I could mail some to you if you would like? Tomorrow of course is Sunday so I will not be doing our business work, and I am sure you will not be also, but you can still E-Mail me with matters I can attend to at home. So I cannot go out until monday unless there is an easier way to get the money into my computer from my home or village?

Perhaps the idea of receiving some cakes calmed him down? The next response was unusually calm from this Lad. (though he was quick to remind me of western union at the end)

ADDRESS: RIVERS STATE-NIGERIA
AND forward the information to me to pick it up.

Along with some assurance about how everything is under control and I'd try to sort thing out on Monday after visiting my husband, I sent this

I have taken the cakes out of the oven, today I tried a new experiment where I made a smiling face with the raisins in my raisin biscuits and it has worked well. I am sure the church members will like this. Have you or your family ever tried baking?

Surprisingly, I received an answer to this question.

When you visit your beloved husband in hospital Monday morining just look at him and say ,'' lt is well with you' and it is well with him indeed.

After this I decided to lay some more details out about my character, giving him some tragic sob story about why I have no children and how much I miss them

This caused him to send me the very frantic spiritual advice that I promised in the title

l plead with you in the name of God, you should stop taking cakes or food to your both Children grave, it is not too good Biblical for a Christian who walks in the spirit and not on the natural . The Bible makes us to understand that walking in the spirit is so incited than the physical, it is in the spirit you can meet with Jesus one on one.

Better is not good enough the best is yet to come, l leave you here with faith and promise to meet you in faith.

I thanked him for the advice and said I'd pray for forgiveness + ask my pastor + how he is such a trustworthy person to tell someone that etc. and received this:

Well hopefully hes been praying a LOT with all the lying and stealing hes been doing. Maybe god will have a few things in store for his $85 over the next few weeks. Cool

Nice beginning. Straight baiting while adding in small pieces of your story that might be useful later is perfect. Looks like you have a good lad there. He started with his script, but he's savvy enough to adapt and pretend to be interested in his victim. In my experience it's the smarter, more flexible lads who are more likely go in for a long detailed bait versus lazy script lads (who might just drop you if you don't immediately western union some cash).

I look forward to reading more of this.

Don't forget when you finally finish doing all that baking and have time to send money, there are wonderful tools like the MTCN hotline and Sexy Pic to have fun with.
If he is religious, read about church baits here and you could use that angle to set the hook a little deeper. Maybe the church's bake sale could help an overseas cause if only they knew of people in need.....

Sounds like a great start! I love how they started engaging in baking discussions!

Got the husband's email now in the mix, with him giving occasional comments and off topic personal questions. Received this on top of the usual requests for transfer, I think it was supposed to be a prayer but it sounds more like an exorcism Laughing

Run with that exorcism angle! You read that email to your husband and he started sputtering and shaking, and you swear you saw some kind of entity leave his mouth, and after that he fell into a deep sleep. The doctors are doing tests right as we speak.

Lads are often very religious (although they are lying and stealing bastids). This might give them a proper scare.

Haha good idea, I was thinking of maybe a miraculous recovery but I think I'll first add some demonic effects and see what happens. The wife will say there's been an urgent call from the hospital in a few hours.
