My mother, 83, was successfully scammed by Jamaicans calling from the Kingston area code. They promised a big payout from a lottery. Similar profile to the 419 scammers, but using phone instead of email.

Does anyone know of people who are hitting back at these Jamaican elder abuse scammers?
