Doing the kills on fake banks and websites might not have the fun and excitement of a good safari......but can be just as rewarding. A loan lad sent me his bank website as I asked.....I did a report and killed it. Today he sent me this.

Dear sir i want you to know that the Bank are having some technical issue

One never knows how many people were about to get sucked into his scam so it's good to know the site is shut down. And he told my baiting character he is hoping to solve the technical issues soon and be up and running and will update me. That is good...then I can shut it down again!

In the meantime I've been sending him messages about lack of professionalism in having a non existent website, and maybe I'll go elsewhere etc etc.

You guys do a brilliant job. Lads put a lot of time, work and money into these fake sites and some are very convincing. My own son-in-law nearly lost his savings courtesy of one of these sites. Fortunately his bank was able to stop the transaction because he spotted a fake payment pending to "American Express" and reported it instantly. He doesn't have any dealings with Amex. He learned his lesson but thousands of people are caught out. Keep up the good work clapping

Good work. I always love it when lads I'm baiting send me sites. When the site goes down, it's a ready made excuse for why I need to delay "sending" the money.

One time, I burned through 4 bank sites from the same lad in quick succession before he gave up on that angle. I got him to waste a bunch of time trying to convince Roger that the fund was legit.

Another time, I got a 2 month bait out of reporting a fake site. The hosting company gave my email address to the lad whose site I nuked. He contacted me as the lad FBI, demanding to know why I reported the site. I played my usual befuddled old man persona, and told him my grandson told me it was a scam. The lad then started trying to scam me and I strung him along for a while until he figured out I was a joker and dropped me.

It's so much fun to know he is unknowingly talking to the person who killed it.....and is updating me on his plans to reactivate!

I keep hoping he lost a lot of potential victims due to this.

It is indeed fun. I also love getting personal love messages when their site die, if hosting company gives my contact to a Lad.

I had a slow baiting period and got into site killing. it was very satisfying. I was focused on fake conferences. i thought of myself as "The Party Killer".

I do not have enough time for it, now, but may dip my toes back in the water.

I have done “short baits” just to get fake bank sites. I just go to the surplus section and start sending. Its not as fancy as a regular bait, but I agree it’s rewarding. Still I always have a real bait going too.

I love site-killing, especially after the debacle with Maybank which really shows how much lads sometimes care about their site... The time, money and effort (in some cases) make it all that more satisfactory to shut down! Would strongly encourage anyone that wants to dip their toes into the water to come and check it out!

I love to see that "Account Suspended" screen on my computer. This one is particularly satisfying as he's unaware that the guy he is apologising too is the one who did the report to shut it down. Makes it so much sweeter!

What we are all business here, big business. I hope that everyone who sees the bank, shipping company etc web site scolds their mugu. How can we ever trust them if their sites keep going down? I had one of them give me six sites, they all crashed. The I made an unannounced visit to the UK to talk to the lawyer. I couldn’t find him. After awhile the mugu was a nervous wreck. They tried to set up another meeting. I would have none of it. I mean, I just can’t fly everywhere. Twisted Evil
