A lawyer in Ghana, representing yet another orphan from Sudan, is losing patience with Mal when a supposed Power of Attorney attracted a negative response:

That is very insulting and dont try to make this a waste of my time because i have other serious clients am handling documentations and Court meetings for .
So tell me when you are making making payments so the Power of Attorney can obtain its effective date by the Chief Judge to approve delivery from U.S

Mal made a comment about the rule of law in Ghana being less important than the rule of law in America and Australia. The lawyer didn't like that:

Mal then refused to sign the "POA" unless he saw all the pages, and this prompted three emails in rapid succession, timestamped 2107, 2118 and 2134 AEST, which Mal will ignore for now.

So what do you expect me to do, steal the documentation from the High Court or what. Try and be reasonable enough to know that the front page is what matters to the United States Customs showing that you are legally approved to stand as a beneficiary to receive the consignment box. You have been shown only what you can have asses to, there is no need for you to be over smart in this because its not going to help anything but rather delay the progress of the delivery and dont forget the U.S Customs are on the verge of confiscating the box because we are delaying more than expected.
If you want all the pages before you sign, the only solution is to make payment for its release and you will have every copies for your verifications. Let me know what your plans are quickly because am a busy man this week.

Its my job and i know what am doing. The safety of the funds to you and Elliot safety is my concern.

You have to try and understand that the way Ghana operates is different from how your foreign countries does operate. Power of Attorney is also known as change of Ownership so what else do you want to see that is more important than you been the current beneficiary stated boldly on the documentation..tell me please because it does not add up but delay transaction process so lets try and be careful not to get things complicated. No one as to be rude but be matured enough to do things the way it is and respect every process of this transaction

The little boy is placing all his hopes on you by entrusting you with his valuable consignment boxes and all you do is make up stories for delays. His mood won't improve, that's for gorram sure.
