alrighty
Well I've managed to get bank details for an ICPC anti fraud scam.
It took a little while (12 days) but after pissing him off with my ineptitude with western union he has passed his bank details on to me for a bank transfer.
Who can I report them to for maximum effect?
I'll post the full transcript in a little while in the appropriate thread.

Dangling cash always works for me.
I like to introduce new rich characters that are a source of new found cash. It could be an abusive boyfriend with high limit credit cards or a wealthy sick uncle. A few emails after introducing him, use his funds to buy a new Mercedes or a Jaguar. A rich victim keeps their attention. |

They are very likely a mule and a victim of another scam - pass the details on to a Mod and they will pass them on to someone from Scamwarners to try and contact them. |
