Can you please provide the original format or a link to the scam with the email address?

This scammer does not send emails. The introductions are done via google hangouts. I posted photos here of some of "her" dialogue

how does one post a proper report of a scammer that makes their introduction via google hangouts?

Are the photos posted verifiable proof?

In that case, it's preferred to begin a topic at ScamWarners.com. There, you will provide the email address and evidence of the scam. Then, you can link to it from here. But, you shouldn't request a mass bait with no evidence.
