Many Lads seem to be devoutly religious in their own way, even if so often it manifests as "God punish you!" But others are ready to preach at length in the middle of scams. Hearken to the case of Reverend Abbey Scott, "world bank representative in London for payments supervision to all foreign fund beneficiaries owed by the West African Governments and banks," and his clash with Cammy.

Just four days into the bait, with Cammy expressing concern about the origins of the money ($24.1 million), the Reverend took exception to something she wrote, and it wasn't bad language:

I am Reverend George Abbey and not Mr.Abbey as you have always addressed me,As a reverend my place is in the vineyard of God but because i studied banking and Finance i was given appointment by the World bank for obvious reasons.My department which is the Audit department was given the supervision of paying all beneficiaries of funds confirmed to be genuinin and nothing more.

Cammy didn't accept that, as you'd expect.

Now Cammy's faith encourages honesty, not tact.

By the way, the bait was continuing even as the fur flew, but it wasn't going far along the path the Lad would have wanted - but to continue:

The Lad's next message included something he would regret writing:

I have no intention for whatsoever to convert you,in fact you are very free to worship any religion of your choice i was only teaching you what is in my own Christian religion which preaches love and peace so don't get me wrong...

Those who know Cammy in any way know that she has father issues.

Cammy's reply ended the bait.

Either he was too offended to continue, or he realised that Cammy was so devout, and so proud, that she'd forgotten about the money.

...Cammy could have a terrible dream in which a big bloke on a white cloud scowled at her and waved a thunderbolt...and turn to the lad for 'assistance'...I mean, if you wanna work it to impose some additional ladhurt...
