It's a variant of a refugee scam. They will tell you that they're helping orphans (or in this case the victims of human trafficking) and that they need money. The only problem with baiting these sort of scammers is it can be hard to sort out the refugee scammers, which are 419ers, from the beggars, who are people in these countries who are begging for cash but not lying to do so, from actual small time aid organizations. In this case, the same email has popped up on several different scam related sites so my guess is it's a refugee-type scam. If you bait them, I'd say just do some extra research to make sure they're scamming and not simply begging.

Yeah, this is a scam. They ask people for credit card info.

To answer your question in the second thread you started on this topic, it sounds like you already know it's a scam, but signs that it is include; giving you false information, pretending to represent an organization that they're not affiliated with, such as the United Nations, their email showing up in places where victims report having been scammed, etc.
