In case you don't want to read the story and whatnot, scroll all the way down for the tl;dr.

I have searched many nights, and have traveled far and wide, I desire answers. A searing enigma burns bright within me. My body refuses to give out until the answers I seek are mine. What are these videos, who is scrooge mcduck? Please kind gentlemen and ladies, end my journey, and give to me peace.

Now that this overly dramatic bit is over, I will now give you a summary of what brought me to this strange place.

First, me and a friend started at a page on Facebook called called vague pictures, and found a bunch of what you would expect, vague images. After a while, I began to wonder where the images themselves originated, and so chose one to reverse image search, doing so, I found 419 forums, which gave us an unfriendly warning about this being a potential scamming site.

After completely ignoring this warning, and viewing the post, I found that it was about someone finding the image on some nsfw section of a website. The comments revealed this image to be by a Mr. Scrooge Mcduck, and linked a main post by him. After clicking on this link, we were greeted with the man himself posting links to mysterious videos. These videos were hosted on some kind of pre youtube era video sharing site of some kind called mugu, which does not seem to exist anywhere besides on these forums.

After this, we tried to find cached versions of the videos, and then of the site itself to no avail. We then scoured 419 itself, and only became more confused, finding an entire site dedicated to scamming with pictures of black men holding signs almost entirely dominating both the trophy room and the hall of shame. We also were surprised to find that this site, one that has been seemingly operating for well over a decade, had posts dated in the current year. With this in mind, and no other options available, we have come to ask the forums themselves, for answers.

We have one main goal in mind, to find out what those videos were, and hopefully view them for ourselves. We are not at all hopeful, as the post linked dates back to 2007, and I would not be surprised if I was banned for some reason for this post, as neither of us know what this site is exactly about nor its rules. However, we have to try. The link to Scrooge's post is listed below, please help us 419, you really are our last hope.

tl;dr- What are the videos Scrooge posted in the link below.

-Sincerely, my name.

Greetings man with question!

I'm afraid you have some misconceptions - we are an anti-scamming site, with the aim to enter into dialogues with scammers, to waste their time and resources as well as raising public awareness of scams in the hope that others won't be scammed.

The videos you have seen, and other such images depict scammers who are tricked into doing more and more elaborate things in the hope of getting large sums of money out of people they think are victims. You can see more examples here as well as illustrations of how the attempted scams started.

Unfortunately the member known as Scrooge hasn't been around here for some time now and his videos are no longer accessible as they were hosted on a site he set up.

Regarding the ethics of what we do, we take a strong stance which is described in some depth here:

You can also find our site rules at the following link which will hopefully further clarify matters:
