Has anyone thought of expanding from the standard "lad deck" to working toward a complete tarot deck set? |

That could be woven into some sort of bizarre church bait but as Volnutt said some lads are quite superstitious (until promised cash comes into it of course). |

I figured if you just set it up with some theme in common with each card it would be easier.
For example - the chariot could be the lad in his car. Or the tower could be the lad by a tall building or something simple. Just enough connection that someone looking at the deck would go "Oh I see the connection!" But for the lad it's a simple photo request. |

Very neat idea and open to all sorts of creative approaches. The best ones would be planned in advance by the baiter, not just creative rationalization of an already existing lad photo. Any idea which one(s) you might start with? |

The ones most easily justified, of course.
Running off Ryder Waitte I'd start with the suit of Cups.
Aces are simply items, so get the lad to pose with a cup of some sort.
The two is a pair of people, so get the lad to send a photo of them and another person toasting cups of drink.... |
