To recap, Dr. Lamberṭ Sṭarr's troubles began at Scammer Saturday 12 with these two conversations . . .

, , , and continued after we found one of his scam letters posted at Scamwarners and several of us inflicted more misery on him until he cut his losses and disappeared. I baited him as my James Phelps character, the same name I used in the SS12 phone call. He never noticed it.
Lamberṭ unexpectedly reappeared a few weeks ago with an offer to wipe the slate clean and assist me in claiming my $23.8 million. I accepted his offer and he referred me to Señor José Antonio García Cantera, the Chief Financial Officer of the Santander Bank in Spain. For some reason, this CFO works at a branch office in London instead of the corporate HQ in Madrid.
After a few exchanges of emails Dr. Lamberṭ reached the end of his rope (again) and yesterday sent two short paragraphs that expressed his deepest feelings for me. I selected some of the more sentimental lines from his rant and constructed some free verse:
