The lad is African and wrote the Spanish himself.
*The misspelling "ideea" could equally well have been produced in Spanish or English.
*The misspelling "travez" could have been produced only in Spanish, but not in Spain, except in the south.
*The spacing around punctuation is obviously African.
*The misuse of verb forms is typical of sub-Saharan Africans; unlike English and especially French, the errors cannot be attributed to misspelling or mishearing sounds. The use of the wrong adjective concord also is consistent with Niger-Congo. Afro-Asiatic languages, like Berber and Hausa, have masculine and feminine like Spanish; Niger-Congo languages do not and have other things.
So where could he be? The only sovereign African country where Spanish is official is tiny Equatorial Guinea. Speakers of closely related Portuguese are found in much larger Angola and Mozambique. French, which is spoken in many African countries, is not close enough that a French speaker could pick up Spanish immediately. We can ignore Ceuta and Melilla; they're north of the Sahara.
