Hi Guys,
Our lovely spaniel died a couple of months back and the wife has been looking for a new puppy for the kids.
Unfortunately, in her search she came across this feller, claiming to be a breeder based in the Shetland Islands and offering "Pomskis" ( an adorable little cross between a Pomeranian and a Husky).
He keeps on insisting delivery only rather than picking up from the Shetlands.
I only found out about it when the wife asked how long it would take to drive up there.

He's offering them for £160 plus £35 delivery which is obviously a scam- the average price for a Pomski from a real breeder is around £1,500.

Would anyone like to take this guy on?
It would be great if you could keep me updated if you decide to do it.

Welcome to Eater,

Glad you managed to avoid a scam. I've edited your post -we don't let people post email Addie's without more information, like full headers and the scam email. You can also post them at our sister site, ScamWarners, so other people googling can get further information. We've had too many people getting back at their exes or bosses. I've also removed the name from your email.

If you'd like to post the header and scam mail with your information deleted, I think a few people might like to help out.....

I came across an ad on newsroom.co.uk with the same guy offering blue Staffordshire Bull terriers for £220 when they are going for between £600-£800this included vaccinations and microchip again he claimed to be from Shetlands and said he can order a courier to deliver the puppy he would need a cash transfer for me to get the delivery number he attached photos of the pups to an email they were clearly different litters of pups with different colours and we're taken in different backgrounds this guy's a waste of space please don't give him the time of day

I hope not, tis the season for these scams to do well. Plus I am getting mugged for snacks by a Jack Russell ATM. I really do hate puppy scammers. Love the dogs tough.

That may help you get headers out of his emails. I would suggest posting the email with headers in their entirety. Basically we need proof of fraud otherwise it is defamation. You might consider going to scamwarners.com to post them up to warning others.
