Well, lucky me, I can get myself a $900,000,000 loan for only 2% interest!

This is my first bait so I certainly want some advice (I have gotten a mentor but not heard back yet).

I think you started a bit to enthousiastic Very Happy

If the lad is an African and he sees that you are a teacher from Benin he's not going to believe that you have a monthly income of $13,000. You sent him a very small id but I still can see you are white.
As soon as the lad feels that something is wrong here he'll probably twig.
There are lots of strategies to counter the phone/id/scanning document questions.
Maybe you should wait for your mentor and take your time with the bait. One mail a day is fine to start.

He really doesn't seem to care at all. He insists for me to send him the money gram now. He obviously didn't read my information I sent him either... In the future I'll be more careful but luckily this particular guy is incredibly unobservant!

Hi LordXenu,

Welcome to Eater! And congrats on snagging your first loan lad. Mattaz gave you some good advice. And, in my experience, the best way to handle a lad bent out of shape about an ID, is to ask him what the problem is, you can see the file just fine! It's easier just to avoid sending him anything to start with.

Hi Lord Xenu! Welcome!

Unfortunately you are still pretty new and I need you to realise that you got screwed on the loan. 900 million is not a huge amount of money here on eater! It is in fact chump change! I myself have just negotiated a loan for a trillion euro over 4 years. My income is just €30 a month, so it was quite a negotiation! You are playing with the big boys now and have to step up! Lol!

On the other side I also negotiated a loan of €40 with a €200k a year income! I will pay €1750 for this loan's insurance. Over 4 years I will be paying 25 cents a month!

I saw you talking about the trillion euro loan. Did you actually get it to go through? Your lad was really suspicious about it.

Yes, he got pretty suspicious alright! He was worried that I might not be able to repay on my €30 a month income! He offered a million as a compromise! I stood my ground though and slapped him down! Refused to enter any further negotiations! I told him I had organised another loan for a trillion from a bank in the Ivory Coast! He then backed down and coughed up the trillion! Although he did insist that I pay it over 8 years instead of 4! Lol!
