Loan baiting question

I have been baiting one company fro a few weeks on a loan scam.
After all this time I have him by characters info and got approved for a loan.
So now they want a bank to transfer the money to. Planning to stall that out a bit....but in the end, I got one lads bank info a while ago....I am guessing it is not a good idea to use that for this guy. Figured I would ask the more seasoned people.

I use a ficticious bank & number. You can make up a logical looking Swift code by the bank name.

Chase = Chasus33

So if you made up a bank called Kuncklehead Fidelity Federal it might look like KUNCUS44.

Yep! That is one of the best ways to do it. Rarely do lads check. You might also join in here. It will be a great place to ask questions about loan lads.

I think most just ask because they figure a legitimate business loaning money would do that.

They aren't planning on sending you any money, so it's firstly a way of looking real and secondly, it's a test of compliance. If you refuse to send the details they're requesting then it's a sign that you're not full invested in the scam.

I use a mixture of made up banks or real banks with corrupted SWIFT and IBAN numbers.

I use three fictitious banks, one for each of my main characters or families thereof. The two in the US have made-up 9-digit routing numbers. The one in England has a fictitious sort code and a well-formed but fictitious IBAN made from it and the account number. All have well-formed SWIFT codes, but one of them, because it's actually a swift code, has "ME" where "US" should be, resulting in error messages in mixed-up Slavic. If you look at my published baits, you can find at least the two in the US, with the SWIFT codes mangled with lookalike Cyrillic letters.
