I am playing the well known twist “job don chop by other guy”. My persona was ready to send the fees to Ivory Coast by Western Union.

I set up a mysterious guy going by a very laddish name and writing in a clearly laddish style who warned that the millions might not exist and explained how some of the modalities really work. My persona gets upset and confused and forwards the email to the lad. Then yet another mysterious guy tricks my persona into sending some funds to him, which pisses the legitimate lad off.

So the lad insists that my email account was hacked and that I should open a brand new address and stop corresponding with those criminals. Which, after some stubborn refusals, my persona does.

And this is the funny part. In my brand new email account I get a generic “you have been scammed” opening message. My new account was two days old and I had not seeded it anywhere. Just in case the first lad was testing me, I was fair and honest and let him know about the problem. And started baiting the new lad.

Both lads are based in Ivory Coast and have +225 phone numbers. Both of them have $ 10.5M ready for me. My persona got very confused and informed both of them of the situation. He doesn't know who's in charge anymore and wants to send the fees only by bank transfer, since Western Union is not trustable and he has already lost $ 1,200 to wrong hands.

Lad 1 is quite idiotic and writes in a bad English (“pepper work” and other funny expressions). He refuses to inform me a bank account where I can send the advance fees. Lad 2 is more sophisticated and has a real bank account (details already sent to mods).

Both baits are still ongoing. I want Lad 1 to give me a bank account, as Lad 2 did.

Phone numbers have been reciprocally informed to both lads so they can exchange threats and insults.

Anyway, my persona wants his millions now, from any of the lads, and is ready to send funds to any of them who shows credibility.

The first warning to my persona (from myself, forwarded to Lad1):

THEY USE SOME TRICKS LIKE SHOWING YOU THE BLACKENED DOLLARS AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SOME CHEMICALS TO WASH THE DOLLARS OR FOR THE FEES FOR THE BARRISTER TO GET THE ANTI TERRORIST CERTIFICATE OR SOME OTHER CERTIFICATE TO CLEAR THE FUNDS.
WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE FEES THEY DISSAPPEAR AND THEY DON ALREADY CHOPP YOUR DOLLARS AND YOU GOT NO MILLIONS.
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM WITH WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM OR YOU WILL BE THE REAL MAYEE AND YOU GO FALL MUGU.

Kindly stop every communication with any body, i will get back to you but do not forget to send me the copy of the western union receipt you send to the person, so that i will go through it,

When (legitimate) Lad 2 shows up for the first time (with a "u've been scammed" opening message) and I let Lad 1 know, this is what Lad 1 says:

Kindly delect it to your email box that is the some people, how can International Monetary finance will us gmail to write you, i have told you to be careful,

do not respond to them and do not open any attachment, that is all, because you are going to give them your password to disturb this transaction again,

Given the timing of the "warning" email, there is a very good chance that both lads are just the original lad using two different personas. Great work keeping him on the hook! Very Happy
