After years of lurking and laughing here, I finally signed up.
I always have an item or two for sale on Craigslist and usually just delete the bait emails but a recent reply to my listing has sparked the 419 fire in me.
I will do my best and will post everything from my "first". |

Welcome to Eater! If you'd like to bait Craigslist scammers, here are some tips:
*Don't answer from your own email address. Answer from your baiting character's email address, even though the lad emailed you.
*Don't answer about the item you're actually selling. Answer about a nonexistent item.
The lad won't know the difference. He answers hundreds of ads about all sorts of items and doesn't care what the item is.
