Hello! New member here, and I've started a bait a week ago and we're getting somewhere. I've basically told the lad that I could wire him $100,000 to "start a new church" in his home country, but he must become a member first. I didn't think he'd take the bait, but now I've gotten this:

I'm clearly new at this, and am not sure which direction to take it. I've seen a lot of legendary baits, and wouldn't mind nabbing some trophy shots if possible. I'm also not sure if this is the correct forum, so please feel free to redirect me if I'm wrong.

First, there is paperwork to fill out -- applications for membership, and so forth.

There will likely be a need for a ceremony to induct him -- head shaving should be involved. Anointing with oil. White robes. Something elaborate. And filmed.

Next, he needs to submit the application for the money itself. A plan for the church he wants to build. Info about at least 10 prospective members.

Church baits do take some work to get them off the ground, I'll be honest I've been here nearly 7 months and had two successful church baits including Pastor Om4r, but he's just a shit lad.

The best baits in my experience when it comes to a first is going for loan lads, short and sweet and you get quick results. They give you a more solid foundation for straight baiting, I suggest you may sign up for a mentor as well.

Thanks for the paperwork idea. I'm quickly working up a document to send to him asking for just basic info.. But I want some low-key ridiculous info too, like favorite season and stuff... Any suggestions?

Also, I'm probably not going to get this church bait to go very far. I'm surely not going to be able to get him to build me any monuments, but I'd love to at least get a picture of him in a crazy pose or something. I've already gotten a few bank accounts shut down in other baits, and I'm looking to try taking things to the next level.

Keep in mind that whenever a mugu fills out a form the first time -- it is always the wrong color ink and has to be redone. From scratch.

Another thought - don't forget that your church has a bureaucracy. Feel free to introduce 2 or 3 other characters (each with an e-mail address).

You can use multiple characters to cause confusion, internal conflict, etc. thus causing complications for your mugu.

If you are truly just starting out, this is about the best advice you could ever receive. (Well, that and "bait safely".)

Although I hate to dissuade you, church baiting is pretty advanced stuff and requires you to have a good reading of your lad and to know when to drive him and when to back off. But, if you feel up for it, why not go for it? We could always use some more phony religions out there!

Turns out I have ANOTHER lad who is really interested in helping with my church. This time I told him that I was scammed out of $100,000 to build a church in Lagos, and it turns out this lad just bought property in Lagos! How fortunate!
