My reverend character has been baiting a fellow man of the cloth for a few months now and we've recently started having those payment problems that always seem to rear their ugly heads.

Although the MG wasn't able to produce a receipt for me, the nice lady at the desk did offer to write down (most of) the information my lad needs. Since my character is getting tired of running back and forth to the MG office whenever the lad is not clear as to what he wants, I told the lad that he needed to go and pick up my payment and -- if I did not hear from him soon -- I would go back to the office and request a refund of my payment.

There's a few run together words

OTUNNEGI = OTU NNE GE - "Your mother's cxxt!"
AMU OJII PAPAGI = Possibly AMU OJII PAPA GI - Your father's penis or similar
OTU NWUNYEGI = Possibly OTU NWUNYE GI - probably means your penis as well
OTUOCHANNEGI = OTU OCHA NNE GI - "A white mother"

Sounds to me like he's too busy to go and is going to send these Otunnegi and Amu persons in his place.
I'd ask him if introducing these people at this stage is wise.
Do he know them well?
What is his relationship with them?
Did he, perhaps, play with them when he was a small boi*
Does he still play with them now?

Thanks, B8er -- that was a bit harsher than I expected but I was correct in thinking I made a new friend!

@llamedos: That is a great idea! I was going to reply with my (sort of) standard "I don't think I understood your email" response where I tell him his typing looks a lot like when my parrot was pecking seeds out of my computer but your idea is better. Taken out of context, it does look as if he is sending other folks to pick up the payment.

This is probably a stupid question but...is there any chance he could have thrown those words in there to test you?

I know it's been said repeatedly here that the lads can't conceive of anyone baiting them as a public service as why would anyone do that for free...but I still wondered if any of them might eventually get a little paranoid about it. While reading on anti-scam sites...I've been noticing an increase in scammers actually cutting off victims...not baiters but real victims they had on the hook...accusing them of being "jokers", "time-wasters" and even "scammers".
I was hoping it was possibly an indication that baiters might be making them nervous and not sure of anyone.

Since you sometimes include fake scammer personas in some of your baits...who "dolla-chop" them...could this guy have added those words in to test the reaction? It doesn't just sound like a big F-U send off since he added on the very reasonable "JUST WAIT LET ME GO TRY" at the end.
Or was he just exasperated and cursing in his own language for no other reason?

I hope you are all making them paranoid. The most recent example I read, the victim wasn't even doing anything suspicious...just asking a question about the bank account he wanted her to transfer money to...and he called her a joker and disappeared and the bewildered woman didn't yet realize how lucky she was at the time. She'd been totally on the hook for a few weeks and he completely over-reacted. I was cheering.

He's not being reasonable, he is being threatening with this statement.

I have noticed that a lot of lads tend to throw out accusations of you being a joker or not being serious the first time they encounter a bump in the road. More than anything, I suspect it's a rather gentle way of poking a maga who is moving a bit too slowly for their taste. (Although it does have a side effect of making new baiters think the lad may have twigged.)

Psychologically, I see it as the first indicator that the lad is off-script and out of his comfort zone. Once a baiter knows that, it just means that he/she needs to prove that he/she is still interested in the scam and then he/she can start really taking control of the bait.
