Bad CVV
You can get a bad CVV error by having two cards with the same number and using the expiration date of one with the CVV of the other. I know, because I got a replacement card when my card's magnetic stripe wore out.

Thanks for rescuing me, Folks!!! This threw me -- I've never had it happen before. Just seems so odd, as if he is fixated upon it.
I'm askeert he's gonna try to look me up, in which case I'm dead in the water!

@ Capone -- I do have a made up address in New Mexico.

@ VX -- I did give it to the sheeper, who in turn emailed me confirmation including the sheeping address!

I don't know whether the post is from the lad or not, but I removed the name to prevent bot searches and the broken FaceBook link. If he's worried about being identified with a scammer, posting under his full name is hardly the way to avoid it.
