I'm currently baiting Dr Somda from the BOA Burkina Faso, who uses this phrase in lots of his emails. Word-for-word it's the same "WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY ATOM OF DELAY FROM ANY BENEFICIARY"

This lad keeps giving, belinda, having found his scanner was broken decided as he had printed the form out and filled it in correctly he would post it to the address supplied at the top of the form and inform them by email of what he had done.
