You've guessed it - there's a fee to be paid to unlock the funds because they have been secured with an Irrevocable Guaranty Bond (IGB) but it's only £1,100 (negotiated down to £1,000). I can only raise the money by selling my war medals. Barrister C@rlos said:

The lad doesn't want the victim to miss his treatment only because he doesn't want him to die. He figures he can get the victim to borrow money once he runs out of his own.

As agreed. Lads have abolutely no concern for anyone except themselves. Steal from cancer victims, steal from schoolkids, steal from charities you will see them all. One of the more depressing aspects of viewing the forums but also a good incentive to get back at them anyway we can.

One very prolific baiter here kept a "Rage" file-with threads from victims at SW and incidents similar to this-it motivated him to keep more than a dozen baits going at a time.

^^^ I guess I wanted to post about this to reinforce what most of us already know about our lads' complete lack of morals - and perhaps inform any new baiter who stumbles across this thread how low our enemies actually sink. I won't bore you with the details but for every "sorry you're dying" this lad sent me, he sent me twenty "pay now, deadline fast approaching" etc.

I wrote to lad this evening:

I expect lad will find a reason to explain how he has persuaded the "bank people" to give me just a few more days to pay.

My medals include a Victoria Cross BTW and it will be such a nice surprise to hear that it's worth at least £0.5m (rarity value - I killed Hitler's brother on D-Day - fully documented).

Soilicitors go along with barrosters, but that makes sense only in Spanglish. Is there a better word?

I become my character when baiting - and it's my character who won the Victoria Cross on D-Day June 6th 1944 when he stormed the beaches in Normandy and destroyed a bunker on Gold beach - killing Adolf Hitler's son (Heinrich Hitler) in hand to hand combat. I have already told my lad how old I am so let's see if he realises that: i) I (character) would have been 7 years old at the time and ii) Hiltler did not have a son.
