Hello and Happy Hunting to all CC Baiters!

Received this in one of my catcher emails, and at first I thought it looked like your everyday garden variety CC lad. Until I looked at the "Terms of Payment"...
Is that little paragraph just a tangent off the usual CC scam, or am I missing something important here?

If it's just another CC scam, let's all just have at him!!!

It's not a CC lad - it'll either be a phishing attempt and he'll reply with an attachment or straight AFF where he'll want fees or commission.
