Hey Folks!

I was an early adopter - about 10 years ago I joined 419Eater based, mostly, on the exploits of Shiver. From time to time, I've come back. Today, somehow, I came across the "Golden Pith" posting of JF and Capone. Sunday is in the books, and mannnnnn, was it worth it!!! What an epic read.

So I spent the last hour trying to remember my username and password so I could log in and say thanks. That was sooooooooo enjoyable.

I was really hoping that Fake Lad was going to abduct and kill Sue just before the plaza meet in Aspen. Then, after months, upon the finding of her will, a lawyer calls Atlanta Lad to inform that his daughter's god mother had left $26,000,000 (twenty six million us dollars) that he can claim, once certain fees have been paid.....

I think I am like you, I was here years ago with a user name. Even got a trophy photo on one of my first ever baits... than RL took over and I went away for like five years. Finally came back and realized, I don't remember my name so start over again!

Now I am into it, baiting myself, starting slow. Don't know when a safari will pull it outself out but not too worried either. Doing it slow can be good too.

You know you are reading it alot when you start reading and realize it is 7:00 am and light outside and you are not asleep yet! Happened to me often nowadays, what you do when you are out of work! LOL

Hope to see you baiting in the near future boy!

Thanks for the warm welcome, folks.

I don't have any flair, but, back in the day, I was mostly involved with killing fake bank sites. I never had any successful baits - but I did enjoy getting into arguments with lads over my "percentage" of fake money when trying to help various royal families get their money out of Nigeria.

I think I was around for the very first safari - if not, it was the most brutal. And it was incredibly brutal. I don't remember the baiter's name, but I do remember he was from South Africa. It started out fun enough, but then the baiter just would not let go. He completely broke his lad, in every way, over the protestations of a few fellow baiters on this board. It was one of the craziest reads (till now) I've ever had on this board.

For the future - I've got some skillz. I'd love to help out again, where I can.

^ If you want to get back into killing fake sites, PM anybody with a lot of flags in their signature and we can give you the refresher course. We always need more site killers.

TM - Just spent a few hours reading the Safari with Alex Kelvin that earned you your first (of several) golden pith. That was so incredible. I was in tears talking about it to friends at the office, and I was only up to the 7th night on the park bench at that time.

Your imagination is truly envy inspiring - I really got a kick out of when you started setting the stage for the next drop of information with a little vignette before the lad's email or phone call. Really, really a masterful job of baiting and compelling story telling.

^^^ Thanks, mon. The Hell Safari seems so long ago, now... It was a few days into the Parakou leg that I decided that a comprehensive daily update was - in my view - better than random and sporadic Posts during the day.

There aren't really Threads as such for the other 2, but the Ghana - UK Safari is worth a look, if you like that sort of Bait. It does have some fun audio Cool

Looking forward to reading about your own exploits...

Welcome back Mon. Not everyone can reach the giddy heights of the golden piths but I always see lower level of baiting as being like mosquito bites. Not too painful in their own right but if lads get enough of them they'll go elsewhere - well I can dream can't I?
