Just to let you know, this area of the forum is for lads selling fake phones, so post this in the regular area and you may get more response to your offer!

Just look through the Surplus 419 Scam emails Forum and you'll find plenty. Whilst their email addresses often get closed quickly, the Lads' phone numbers remain current for much longer.

If you are calling with Skype, go for the following country codes, which are very cheap to call:

+234 (Nigeria)
+601 (Malaysia)
+66 (Thailand)
+91 (India)

Funny you should ask. I posted this yesterday. The last couple times I tried to call his phone was off though.
