This shows corporal punishment handed out in a village in Nigeria. Is there any way that such a fate could befall one of our beloved lads? One possibility is to persuade one to steal a pair of shoes from a mosque during prayers, that carries a similar penalty. I doubt that they give corporal punishment for 419 violations, one would have to persuade a lad to commit a different offense.

No ITP would be damaged, they would of course return the stolen shoes!

OK, no stealing from the Mosque. How about outing a lad as being gay? Nigeria recently passed an anti-homosexuality law (featuring severe whipping), which they take a LOT more seriously than 419 laws. Maybe find a love lad posing as a woman, then say you know he is a man but you still love him anyways. Get a passionate man on man love letter with traceable IP, then report it to the authorities in Nigeria.

Every baiter may have his/her own level of comfort with what one does, but is it not possible that your proposal might fulfill the findings of false accusation? I don't know, legislation is very different within Europe and worldwide. In Germany, false accusation is coverded by § 145 d StGB, the Google translation may be poor, but it gives at least an idea:

145d StGB: Feigning offenses

(1) Any person who pretends against his better judgment toward an authority

So what you are suggesting is that if one says that one loves somebody, when in fact one does not, then one can get in trouble with the law?

I think that rather depends on where you live...

I live in an area where gay people can get married. In Nigeria, being Gay can get you 15 years in the cells.

If I call the police and say my neighbor "Tim" is having an affair with "Rob" they'll only care if Tim and Rob are having said affair in my living room (in which case the real crimes being committed here are trespassing and bad manners).

In Nigeria, if Tim and Rob have an affair it's a crime. If you know about Tim and Rob having an affair and you don't report it -that's also a crime. If Tim is a Lad and you alleged that he's had an affair, is that a crime? I don't know... that is the question Goat is raising. Wink

That said, I am not telling anyone how to bait or what modalities to use, etc.
