^^I get a lot of those. I don't know if it's lazy lads, or if they think it's more believable.
The ones I get a kick out of are the “trust me” ones. Where the lad says, I swear to God I won’t cheat you. And if you send the money, you will see how honest I am.
I was like, “So, if you keep the money, then you aren’t honest.”
And he’s like, if I keep the money and don’t deliver, then I promise not to ever contact you again.
I’m like WTF?
I actually argued with a lad for almost three weeks about this.  |

Reminds me of an old Bill Cosby bit where his father would say, "Go get me somethin' to beat you with". His brother would go out and rip up a tree, Bill would tear off the corner of a piece of paper tell him to give it his best shot.
Given that the lad probably has no idea what his script actually says, I just fired back a generic "is this for me?". |
