Loan Fees: $850
Loan Term: 35 years
Monthly Loan Payment: $4,968.94
Number of Payments: 420
Cumulative Payments: $2,086,955.74
Total Interest Paid: $586,955.74

Note: The monthly loan payment was calculated at 419 payments of $4,968.94 plus a final payment of $4,969.88.

LOAN AGREEMENT/CONDITIONS:

{1} The applicant will start the repayment of loan at the end of every month starting from 4 months after loan has been transferred.

Whats more impressive is his interest rate. Best rate I've managed to find so far is 2.75%
