This is Williams

He's Nigerian, but lives in Porto-Novo, Benin.

Williams has recently joined the CoTRN and has been expecting his $40,000 (or $40 Williams is easily confused by numbers) donation to be sent to him.

In true lad fashion, he initially wanted it sent by Western Union, but that is against Church rules, so he eventually provided a bank account. Unfortunately, the account was not his, so money laundering rules meant that the money could not be sent on it.

It was eventually agreed that the money would be couriered to him in a package claiming to contain bibles. As usual, UPS and DHL etc were too expensive so the totally reliable were used.

After ignoring the clear URL and parcel ID that he was given for a week, Williams finally logged in to the GPS website to find that his parcel was at the GPS Lagos Hub due to being discovered to contain a large amount of money.

After a bit of to and 'fro with the main GPS email address, I got him writing to a Gmail address so I could track his IP.

Here is his first email to the GPS Lagos office

This is williams Emmanuel, how are you doing today? i received an email from GPS delivering Company that my package is in your office that is why am contacting you so do respond back to me with the office address where to meet you and have the package without delay, i wait your urgent respond.

It was agreed that he would collect his package from the GPS desk at Lagos airport and that to avoid him waiting for it to be brought up from the warehouse, he would email when he got to Lagos.

Porto Novo to Lagos International Airport is about 110km each way, so that is a nice little trip home for him and I imagine the journey back will feel like a lifetime without his package.
