Yup. First time's happened to me. Five minutes after our last exchange the baiter account started getting bomarded with spam. Twenty spams every couple of minutes.

I could see if I had pissed him off. But it was still early in the bait. It was one of those baits where I needed to buy a special hard drive for my funds.

He asked me to send ID and I asked him to send his first. Then five minutes later the spam started rolling in .

I set up a filter to delete them automatically so that's a relief. But it's still annoying thad I had to do that.

I've noticed that too - one of my personae started getting spam by the bucket load soon after a bait ended in acrimony.

Thank God there is an easy way to do a filter in Gmail to automatically delete that crap.

If you open a couple to be sure they are coming from the Lad you think it is then you can start forwarding them back to the Lads E-mail address according to some others.

Fill their Inbox full of their own crap and it will stop sooner.

I'll have to learn how to do that next time it happens.

I had that happen recently to one of my accounts.

As Luck would have it after answering one of the Ads and receiving my 'Treatment' my Penis has never been Bigger.

I had fired off an angry email to the lad about it, and of course he denies it. And says he has no reason to send me spam and are we still going to work together.

I don't believe him. I can't believe it's a coincidence, especially since I haven't used that character is more than six months, so I doubt it was a different lad finally taking revenge.

I've been down that road and there are those on the forum who may be able to help. I had one lad bombing me and I warned him there would be retribution. He ignored me and several of the regulars put him on a list of email hammers.

He stopped!

A lad did that to me a while back in a box that I really didn't want to lose because I have some good ancient baits archived. (Now I tend to use boxes I can discard if necessary).

I set up Gmail to automatically forward a copy of every spam mail to the lad's own address, and put my copy into trash. It took a few weeks but he finally got the hint, especially since I had several addresses for him and each of his boxes got a copy of every spam mail he arranged for me to get. He called off the assault.

Piece of cake. When you create a filter you get a list of options. Just click on the forward link and put in an address:

At the same time set it to send to trash and you don't see the spam, while the lad does....

Gmail did allow forwarding all of your wedding tackle enlargement advertisements to your ex in the past but no longer. A confirmation code is now sent to the recipient address along with a link back to the originating email box that has to be activated. I just filter the spam and never give the lad the joy of knowing he's pissed me off.

I think mail bombing a lad box is never a good idea. The lad may have scammed others with that same email address and it may be posted over at Scamwarners. A victim could Google the lad's email address and find his format at our sister site.

I get back at the lads by having them dig their own grave and baptizing themselves in it. Its amazing what a scammer will do for money. I find that a lad will continue sending emails and fill out forms forever once they have dug a hole and performed a wet ritual.

But it pisses me off that the SOB did that to me, though it may not have been him.

Maybe a coincidence, but that's a big coincidence.

I'll leave it set for deleting automatically for now.

There are things you can do to find out (to a good degree of confidence) if the lad is the direct/indirect source of your SPAM. If it were me, given that we're dealing with a lad, I'd just presume him guilty.

Re: sending notes to the lads:

Connie L. Gus mentioned the confirmation code. If you do complete ping trace (not just the IP) you can get really specific on location (eg I can see if a friend is emailing from work or his house 15 minutes away). If you are worried about the lad knowing the name of your town, use a VPN.

Both for reasons Connie stated and for the sake of your own email address, you may not want to counterattack. Odds are that Google will not lockdown your account for sending a lot of forwarded messages, but they're fickle and change their TOS a lot.
