I'm trying to kill the websites. At least one has jumped. Meanwhile, if you can enter as much fake data as possible in their database, that will help keep them away from real victims. You can try signing up by email or website (one has a signup page, whose link is in one of the emails, but the corresponding URL on the other site gives a 404 error).

You may want to fill out the bank account form. If so you'll want to give them an IBAN. You can see the method on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBAN ; it is not hard, with the bc program, to make a well-formed IBAN. (bc is an arbitrary-precision calculator program that comes with various Unices.)

You may also need a phone number. I can't log into the site anymore; maybe they tried to call the number I gave and found out it's fictional.
