I'd like to start this thread dedicated to baiting our bosses or maybe even how you'd like to.

I'll start...

So we get a huge snowstorm, as some may know yesterday late morning until late evening. This morning roads sucked, parking lots weren't plowed, sidewalks etc. It was a bit treacherous travelling. Our department is required to swipe their pass card when they get to work, that's how they track our time in/out. So about 1/2 of the 30 staff members were a few minutes late, I was one of them, late by about 4 minutes, didn't bother to call in to say I'd be late, no big deal. Manager of dept sends email saying 16 people were late this morning, no one called to let us know blah blah blah.

I am our union rep, so I get calls, I find out the majority of the 16 were only a few minutes late, some were a few minutes early but clocks are out by about 5 minutes, etc. To make this long story short... I have been in email contact with the dept manager since about 3 pm yesterday and have found myself adopting the baiter mentality and almost have him grovelling. I have him apologizing and looking into the clock time discrepancies . I found myself almost weaving a plot to have the outcome I wanted.

Although this is one bait I think I'll drop while I'm ahead.

I think that last bit is a good idea.

What we do with lads should be reserved only for them and although we might think that our bosses aren't much different from lads i still presume that they pay on time most of the time.
