Dear Ms. Storbo:

After reviewing Mr. Mueller's email from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) I have attempted sending you the $100 requested to initiate payment of my lottery winnings....however, there seems to
be an issue sending a Western Union to Nigeria???

Can you please help me in this respect? I'm not sure what the alternative would be..the man in the Western Union office (a colored fellow by the way with a turban-not sure if he's an african american or some type of indian fellow) was very discourteous to me and yelling some non sensical words that didn't translate for me.

Something to the effect that Western Union doesn't do this and Western Union doesn't do that anymore!! He was quit vociferous about this and shoo'd me out the store. I'm not very happy about this as i told the colored fellow that i was a lottery winner and was just trying to get my money.

Is there anyway I can send the $100 in an alternative fashion for example Federal Express (do they deliver to Nigeria?? not even sure you have airstrips that can handle that type of aircraft?...are there airstrips in Nigeria? or is it better with DHL...well they have to land also...

In any event, please direct me how I can send you the money in an alternative fashion.

By the way Ms. Storbo how old are you? I was trying to engage Ms.Susan Lambert for dinner in London on the 2nd of December but I'm not sure I am supposed to contact her or Mr. Freele anymore based on my latest correspondence with the FBI.

I do want to relay to you please and hopefully you can alert Mr. Mueller that I have a theory on the 911 conspiracy and would like to discuss this with him via email or on a landline...it's an important theory and it ties into Nigeria funny enough.
