I have a Lad that keeps sending me Horse-shit like this even after I told them that they must be into love poetry and I would prefer to have a real conversation instead:

Song lyrics also work well in these cases Big Al. Safety Dance could have been good since he cautioned you. I find a word or phrase and find one that is kind of on topic but not really.

As NV said, lovingyou is a major source for lads.
poemslovers is another major provider, and it has a section specifically for quotes.

I personally love the lads who go to poemslovers, take a whole bunch of random love quotes, and then string them together with no attention to whether they make sense or not.

How about giving the lad some structure? He just needs a bit of a helping hand.

May I suggest you write an Alphabet of Love together? If you start with something like A is for Amourously Awaiting you. He can do B. The next day you'll do C etc. Then when you get to the end of the alphabet you can have " 1 is for you are the only 1"

Once you've exhausted that it's back to the alphabet for sex filth.

A is for Anus, obviously.
