I got an asem in my catcher that went something like;
Her: what do you want to do?
Me: About what? I'm curious.
Her: Oh sorry maddamme it was an email 2 my friend my mother is dyeing and i hav spent all the moni and there is no hope.
Me: Ahh that's sad. Hope you find the right person.
Her: Could you help me out with a little money?
Is this baitable? If so, does anyone fancy being a charitable organisation that can sort her out? I guess it falls between two stools: begging and cancer victim but not quite sure where.  |

I'd say this is begging. Run of the mill cancer victims come with a huge inheritance. You could see if there is a huge trunkbox involved, but based on that she is not doing anything other than asking you for money. |

But in the end you are probably better off to just get an obvious scammer and not have to worry about the fine lines.
ETA: Maybe Google search the E-mail address, person's name, and/or Phone number to see if comes back to any scams at warning sites. |
