First black piggy + response from scammer

A few days ago I received my first black piggy, and then I informed the scammer that I wasn't able to process his payment and asked for another card. Hi response below.

I am very sorry for not getting back to you all this while. I am having problem with internet over here, but as long as that is fixed, I will get back to you with the credit card.

And yes, I found out that someone was trying to accept my credit card, so the card issuer block the credit card. You will have to send me your phone number so that I can call you to inform you the moment I send the card to you, to avoid another problem.

Please bear with me for a while.
