I was going to let this one drop, honest. I do have another bait in progress and I didn't want to get overwhelmed...just focus on one thing and do it right...

But when they so clearly beg for a punch in the head...how can you resist? I know, we're not supposed to pick at flaws in the script, but this one had such a gaping hole in it...just begging for pain.

It all starts rather innocently on a UN/inheritance thing, I simply asked for more information and why they had selected me for this and the reply was kind of surprising...

So I dutifully sent off my 100% risky free and completely real bank informations, except for that scan of the ID thing...I don't know how to do that Smile

And that was it so I thought, I didn't get a reply a for a couple of days. I thought maybe my bank info was just too suspect, I had pushed the names too far or something...Nope, I got another email today today with a LOVELY set of really real documents and the money request.

But there one tiny little problem....

OK, I am so glad we are getting this worked out, but I must tell you, I called my mother to tell the good news we could still claim the money and she's mad. I mean VERY VERY mad.

In your other email you said there was a security issue reason she was denied the money, she thinks I'm LYING to her about it and trying to STEAL her money. I just don't know what to do.

Can you please send me those security files about the issue she can't have the money? The must be a reason she was denied.

I love my mother so much and it would cause us so much pain for this money to come between us. Please help me.

It would be wrong to steal my mother's money and I am not a wrong person. Send me the security files so I can show her I'm not stealing her money. Money means nothing without love from family.

This is a great start, so well done!

Lads do read your emails, maybe not the first one or two when they're introducing you to the scam, although some will do, but the more you converse the more they have to, especially at the first payment stage to see just how firm their hook is set, the likelihood of them getting paid, and they have to improvise accordingly.
As to where to go from here, you've already started a family spat so continue it! Surely you can't claim the fund if your mother is still alive? Of course she's not happy about this and if he won't answer her she's making your life a living hell because she wants the money all for herself, and it's pulling your family apart. Maybe kill her off or even murder her if suits you later on. This gets you more delays for the funeral, sorting out her estate and so on. And keep asking a question in each email such as you've never heard of money grab or western onion, how do you know it's secure? can't you send the money through bank transfer? Who is this new person he wants you to send money to, and how do you know you can trust them?
Don't worry about the deadline. Aren't you on holiday, short notice business trip, stag weekend etc and didn't get that last email in time but still want to collect your inheritance...

Anything you want really, it's your bait have fun with it.

No matter what I do, this is going to take forever to sort out. I can easily ignore the money request for a week or more in the process...if he drops me fine.

I'm thinking, wait til my 48 hours is up, then send a flurry of emails, demanding he find a way to transfer this my mother, force him to contact her and start all over...probably get another nice set of really real docs...then make the big discovery that I'm adopted and she's trying to cheat me make him help me get my money back.

If he doesn't drop me after all that...is it possible to get him to split the money? She is my mother, adopted or not, family is important after all. I mean that would mean 2 WU paydays, right?

I really like where you're going with this and there are multiple time wasters on the way, before you even get to WU vs. piggy portion. Don't let him push the 48 hour crap on you:appeal to him that family emergencies override dead lines. Ask him to ask his supervisor. Or go up the chain of command.

Thanks for the links...I'm returning after a long hiatus, my past experience is fake/spoof bank site killing and romance lads...not so much lotto/NOK. I picked up a couple of these just as re-education thing while I search for those oh so fun romance lads.

I've been planning for romance lads, where I have a far better understanding and a sadistic agenda... was kind of at a loss for inspiration when this dropped into my lap.

Honestly, I have a difficult time believing anyone is gullible enough, greedy enough to follow me this rabbit hole...a short time later I recieved ANOTHER email...more worried and insistent this time:

Now I know an experienced baiter would have made him wait longer...but I'm excited, I don't want to loose this one and he seems like like he's in the right frame of mind, worried about his scam, yet still believing my character.

I waited as long as I could stand it with my carefully crafted reply...sent this about 4am:

I don't want this, I feel horrible for making all my family fight so much. I would give up all the USmillions in the world to have this stop and to find love again.

Not ONLY has his script been derailed and he must now start all over...without even beginning to address to money request...he's also given me an easy out to a part of my plan I thought was going to be a bit difficult. Essentially, I want him to get trapped in between sweet innocent daughter and crazy old cow mum who hates bankers...I needed a reason for the daughter to remain in connect after the award had been transferred.

He just doesn't know when to stop digging the hole does he? Now I've got a TON more time wasters to choose from...the UN is giving away money for businesses? Wow, what kind of thing should I do....

I am honestly not sure how much is scam and how much is his emotional investment in my character...I mean sure, he IS still trying to scam me with a "new fund I might be able to get", but only halfheartedly "you know, if it sounds like something you might be interested in." My suspicion is he had to rush out and get a new lad starter kit...and I bet it didn't come free...so he's dragging his feet on it til he gets all his materials in order.

I got a ANOTHER set of really real docs! (Doc count:9) With a twist...he sent mother Mulva a form to fill out and sign.

I will refrain from long quotes from the exchanges as they are deeply creeping me out, I don't even want to look at them at this point!

But you got love a lad who simply won't stop begging for punishment. How on EARTH am I supposed to sign a form on the computer? I mean obviously, I had to snail mail it to the head office since you want a SIGNED form!

MEANWHILE...he's addressing Edna as "my beloved" now (hence the seriously creepy crawly skin feeling...this started as an NOK!), yet failed to send ANY documents of the new fund at all! So, I took a track of "I think WE are being fooled by the UN, no one gives away USD$6millions to strangers without policies and governances or informations" I need to see those and look them over, my mother's documents were so real after all...WE had such a mess before let's make sure this is all OK.

I know...probably old hat for most of you out there...just wanted to post an update if anyone's still following this...
