This lad here is turning out to be something different (but requiring a little more work than normal), and it's a format I haven't seen before. At least, not the specifics. The amount of detail, too, that the lad is including is quite convincing and far beyond the usual level of, ahem, professionalism we're used to.

Today, I received a similar kind of opening format but with different details. I would love to spend time with this charming lad but I'm a little busy with other ongoing baits so I can't give him the attention he deserves.

It would be nice if a seasoned baiter (or two) (or three) (or...) could get in on this and convince him you really are going to supply him with bath towels and the other stuff he asks for. And update this thread so I (and others, of course) can see how it goes.
