I've got a scammer who is trying to scam me. He is based in Nigeria, and 99% of the phone calls are from Nigeria. But one cames from Benin, which makes me think he has a friend there.

The idea of someone from Benin requesting they get paid, not him, seems to make sence.

The scammer is not the brightest spark on the plannet, but I did wonder if its possible to get a bank account with at least a valid IBAN in Benin.
