How would one send a FAX from Nigeria?

I once got a Nigerian to spend a fortune sending me FAXes before he finally (I think) realized I was joking with him.

I want to try this again with another scammer, as I'm hoping the lure of the £85,000 (GBP) will ensure he will be enough to make him spend out some money on FAXs. I'm sure he wont have easy access to a FAX machine, so I wonder what sort of places in Nigeria will allow him to send a FAX. He claims to be in Spain, so I will just mention "Spanish" in front of many, but of course they need to usable from Nigeria.

In the UK many shops and post offices will allow one to send a FAX, as do hotels. Of course there are free FAX services, but my number is expensive to dial, so that wont work.

If he messes around too long and does not get the FAX off, then he will get a dollar chop, as someone else will put in all the details and have the £85,000 (GBP) send to them instead!

Either way this scammer is going to suffer - either finanially, or believing he has lost a lot of money.

I do love to see this cretins suffer!

Probably won't help you directly, but many of the all-in-one printers have a fax option. So... any internet cafe that has an all-in-one printer should be able to send out a fax if it's connected to a phone line.
The problem, of course, is getting him to a 'net cafe that has such a machine...
