First off, my thank you to The Monsignor my mentor!

I recieved some spam emails a few days ago, and included them in my 12 or 13 that I copied and pasted into my hushmail compose box and replied to.
I think I followed the rules about obscuring names and #s. If not, please let me know.

I got two bites.
This one is self explanitory, and included pics.

Hello.

I acknowledge your willingness to assist me. I need you to collect my GBP10 Million lodged with the Bank in England and distribute 60% of it based on my instructions to orphanages in any charity organization of your choice and you will keep 40% for your self for your kindness. I would need the following information from you so i can contact you any time i want.

1. Your full name.
2.Telephone and fax number
3. A Picture of you so i will know who i am dealing with
Nothing would please me more than to know that you will disburse the funds discreetly helping the poor orphans.
I got your contact through our trade mission .I deemed it necessary to contact you for this trustworthy transaction. All whom I needed is a sincere, honest Below are the contact of the bank in England.

The second I'm a little shaky about, as it dosen't look like any of the spam emails I've seen before.

This is the email I recieved:

Dear customer,

Your Regions Online Banking Account security validation has been suspended,
this may be as a result of wrong or incomplete data entered during the last update.

It's strongly required that you should validate account ownership security,
to avoid service suspension.

Click on "Validate" to complete verify Your Account

At Regions Online Banking your security is important to us,
for your protection we are proactively notifying you of this activity.

Thanks For Your Co-operation.

I responded that I'm interested in a business loan. and here's the reply:

Well crap! Hushmail just locked my account! Says I violated their policies. I emailed them. Now I don't know what to do about these two scammers. Sad

Anyway, the second one replied with a bogus loan application form.

Did you quote their original message in your reply? Personally I see no reason to, and it is one less thing for your ISP to flag. No ISP closes an account for emailing "tell me more". (OK there is probably one in Yugoslavia that does)

I bet certain providers check outbound mail for spam, and think it is a pretty good bet that was what triggered HM. If the lad cannot figure out which script he is on, all the better. So, I would never quote them when replying.

FedoraSport...nothing crazy going on. I used to have my hushmail account shut down until I took the advice of a baiter here.

I put this in my draft box and have not been shut down since.

Hello FS,

Nice to see you posting and good to learn that you now have a Hushmail account. I use one for Baiting myself. To make your Posts look even neater, use the Quote facility rather than red text. It will also make your Posts easier to read, particularly for those who may have some visual impairment.

PS: As JC suggested ^^^ try leaving an e.mail in your DRAFTS folder, containing a few lines to the effect that you are a ScamBaiter and requesting Hushmail not to close your account. It may prove helpful if your account is examined again.

Hey Monsignor, happy fathers day!

Well, I've worked off and sat down at my pc to dive into the baits I have out there. I now have 8 replies to the 13 spam emails I responded to. Not a bad % I think.
However, when I tried to compose a reply, hushmail has again suspended my account. Sad

I have emailed them again, and await their decision hopefully to restore my access. I used the above advice and explained to them my new found hobby.
I will not give up, if I have to start another account and begin all over again I'll do that.

I think this is a phishing ploy. I just ignore and delete them. If I get one that purports to be from my own bank, I report them to my bank directly.

Lads are becoming more professional and use their acquired knowledge, poke it through, and used the old way of dumb and dumber. they do not learn new things and stay simple, hit them happy and in control

Keep to you're plot and surprise your're lad all over again with new ideas
