Hi Guys, I joined this forum just to share the following information with you. This scam is very well made and I almost fell for it.

I was planning to get into kiteboarding, and the gear is pretty expensive, in the order of 2k-3k US dollars for a full package.

I found a website that sells kiteboarding gear at an amazing price. The website is in Indonesia. Besides the suspicious low prices, the website offers "Free shipping to the US only during this month"

It was weird you could not pick the size of the board you want to buy at checkout so I emailed their "customer support". They added an option to the website to select the board size right after that.

It seems that these guys from Indonesia open a new kiteboarding website every few months and keep scamming people. I found the following thread on an Australian Forum and I think they are talking about these same scammers, its a funny thread (read the whole thread):
