Apart from initial contact, same methods as Brian Leslie Wates' Club LaBourse Oceania which operated in Australia for a few short years, but cost Australians millions of dollars. He eventually returned to UK.
Makes sense for these people to operate where consumer protection is non-existing, minimal or inefficient (latter in Australia). Brian's scammers mainly operated outside the Queensland base, making it virtually impossible for the scammed in other States to have Consumer Tribunal Orders enforced. UK protection superior to Australia's.
Usual false claims made on websites in effort to combat legimate complaints by the scammed.
How clever to switch sales to Asia. What chance of having an enforceable order from there ?
