^^^ I would play along for awhile and see where it leads. I have had a few lads insist they are not scammers, and even had one tell me he was hunting scammers. Guess what? He was a scammer. You will know soon enough if he is real or a lad |

Not a scammer.
His language mistakes are consistent with German, not African, and if you look at his blog, it aligns with what he claims.
Being 60 himself, he may very well consider your character to be a prize. |

I know! Lots of people have the same opinion when they write me how sweet and beautiful woman I am.
@Dorothy: Thanks. Do you think it might be baiter? I'm little concerned about his safety - we have rules of safe baiting for a reason you know... |

More likely a guy who has been scammed or nearly scammed and is now on a mission. I don't think he is baiting in the true sense of the word--probably insulting and/or posting anyone he decides is a scammer.
Since it appears he has a real profile, and he probably isn't in long-term contact with the scammers, he is no different than any other real person who discovers a scammer and then posts about it.
Normally I would respond to this person and gently encourage safety, but in my experience this is the kind of person who really isn't interested in baiting or safety, he is just tired and frustrated with scammers. It has to be your call. |
